1. How do I sign up to your newsletter?

2.How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
If you wish to unsubscribe Click here or log into the control panel at MYSMD.co.uk and deselect the newsletter.

3. How do I sign up for an emal alert?
If you wish to receive email alerts about a particular merchant or product select the information you require from the email alert page.

4. How do I unsubscribe from email alerts?
There is an unsubscribe link in the alert email that we send you, if you click on the link you will automatically be unsubscribed from our alert service.

5. What are Voucher codes?
We have compiled an advice page which explains what a voucher code is and how in general to use them. We have also created a glossary to help you with any unfamiliar terms.

6. How do I contact you?
We are very happy to receive feedback from our users and contact from merchants, please use the contact form in order to contact us.

7. Why can't I find a voucher code I am looking for?
Some websites list unauthorised voucher codes, we only list voucher codes that are provided to us by the merchants themselves, or are sanctioned by them. This way we can be sure all the codes are available to use. If you do use an authorised code, the shop can reserve the right not to apply the code, and you could lose out on your discount.

8. I have found a voucher code but it seems to have expired, what do I do?
If you have come across an expired voucher code, please use the form on the code page to inform us and other users that it is not working. If you wish to contact us to tell us please do.

9. I wish to leave a comment, what will you do with my personal information?
We do not use your personal information when you use the comment form for any reason other than to operate the comment form. We will not send you any information or pass your details on to any one else.
